Wayne had a lot of people pissed because he didn't release Dedication 4 on 30th as he promised, but pushed it back again. This is the second time that he pushed the mixtape back. The reason is that he wanted to do it the correct way he explains. Weezy held a something in his hand saying it was the mixtape and that if you can't wait and come by his house that he will hand you the mixtape. "Swear to God" he added. Dedication 4 is will come out on September 3rd. I really hope this is the last delay and that there's some quality music on it.
